So here it is my first post about Chile. I arrived in Santiago at 9 and after making it through immigration I met up with the ISA staff and some of the other students. We traveled by bus northwest to the city I am staying in, Vina del Mar. In Vina I met my host mother and her family and ate lunch with them. In the afternoon I went on a walk around Vina with my host mother. The city is absolutely beautiful and the weather is perfect! However after walking and trying to understand and speak spanish I am absolutely exhausted. I spent most of the day just nodding my head and saying "si". Tomorrow classes start and then I will get a better feel of what these next few months may be like. Here are a few pictures of Vina I took today.
I know its really not many pictures at all but I didnt want to look like a total tourist taking pictures of everything(even though I am).
